This artwork depicts sand hills in Spinifex country, which once the Bush Hen ancestor roamed. Spinifex country is referred to as significant areas of Utopia in Central Australia. Deep enshrined are many song lines and dance cycles belonging to spinifex country. Often the Aboriginal women who have ownership to the Bush Hen Dreaming will return to spinifex country and re-enact the Bush Hen ancestor in their ceremonies.
