The painting depicts iconography illustrating lines to convey the movement of many natural meandering watercourses, series of creek beds and sand hills , which surrounds a significant site Mina Mina , often referred to as 'Inland sea'.

In the Dreamtime, the Mina Mina ancestral women walked on foot dragging their digging sticks, which imprinted their tracks, as they journeyed across the land, performing ceremonies, which include many song lines and dance cycles.
