The painting depicts a Wandjini, which were cloud and rain spirits during the Dreamtime creation.

Around the head of the Wandjini, there appears to be lightning and feathers. The Wandjini is thought to have special powers and if offended, can cause flooding and intense lightning. They are found in many rock art sites in caves and rock shelters throughout the Kimberley.
