Colleen Wallace Nungari was born c.1970 in Santa Teresa, Aboriginal Art Regions of Central Australia.
Colleen Wallace is the daughter of the famous Keringke artist, Kathleen Wallace and is the sister of Gabrielle Wallace, also an accomplished artist.
Colleen started painting in 1990. Her paintings are a precise dot design with vibrant colours, and various styles, including Awelye (women's ceremonies) and Bush Yam paintings, which refer to digging sites. Colleen inherited these Dreamings from her grandfather, Kenny Tilmouth Panangka.
Colleen lives with her husband and young family at Mulga Bore Outstation in the Utopia region, of Central Australia.
