The painting is associated with the Tingari Aboriginal women travelling to specific ceremonial sites surrounding Tjukurla,(Western Desert), dominated by the natural landscape of sandhills, rockholes and Aboriginal food (bush tucker). It is at this place, where the women narrate their sacred Aboriginal Dreamtime stories.
