Central Art is excited to release a new artwork by Narrabri Nakamarra.
Women's Dreaming depicts:
- body paint design
- the rock-hole site of Payarrnga
- sand-hills
- rock formations and
- water courses
surrounding the ceremonial site associated with womens ceremony in a series of browns and ochres.
Narrabri Nakamarra is the daughter of the famous Papunya Tula artist Makinti Napanangka She is an emerging artist who commenced painting in 1999 and now lives in Kintore.
