We encourage you to order your artworks through our secure online shopping cart and checkout. If however, you would like to place a fax order, you can do so by printing and faxing the form below. You will need to include all relevant order details:

• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Painting number/code
• Artist name
• Price and GST (if applicable)
• Payment Details
