Susie Nangala Watson

BiographySusie Nangala Watson was born in Yuendumu Community, approximately 300km from Alice Springs in Central Australia. She is the daughter of well known Aboriginal artist Judy Napangardi Watson. Susie spends her time between Lajamanu and Balgo where she has family. She is married with three children. Susie has been painting with Warlukurlangu Artists, an Aboriginal art centre located in Yuendumu since 2000. Her Dreamings relate directly to her traditional country. She uses bold and bright colours within her artworks. |
